Frank Lloyd Wright Syndrome: This is a term we have used for over 2 decades. It has its genesis in a high profile project where the clients were led to near bankruptcy by an architect who designed a building so far over their budgets that they could not complete it with all the changes. The architect refused to back down and the WLG stepped in. The architect was happy to spend millions of dollars of someone else’s money so that they could have a nice photo on their office wall and use the project for publicity. WLG will not allow this type of abuse to our clients.
