Using our experiences from building over 100 churches, we worked with Pastors Moreno and Arguinzoni to design the new facility. The new Campus has seating for over 1000 with multiple, flexible meeting spaces including a retail section and a Phase 2 for future growth. The Sanctuary is complete with state of the art recording and broadcast capability, after a challenging finance and build out process (based on Church financing issues and a Church chosen contractor misappropriating funds). The William Lawrence Group successfully working with lenders, new GCs and Church workers to lead the Church to completion and Certificate of Occupancy.
The William Lawrence Group was awarded “Building of the Year” award from the City of Chino Planning Department. The Award was based on the Design (Designed by principal of The William Lawrence Group), the construction challenges (overcoming the misappropriation of funds and lender issues) and the overall appearance when complete (a combination of Design and maintenance and presentation). The Award was presented to WLG and the Church by the Mayor of The City of Chino.
